EYEWORKS spectacles are meticulously hand crafted to stringent quality standards. EYEWORKS works only with quality frames and the proven ophthalmic lens manufactures.

Like with any heavy use personal items, wear and tear or breakage may occur with your spectacles. EYEWORKS stands behind our products by offering the most comprehensive warranty in optical available anywhere…

Frames

If any part of your frame breaks due to manufacturing defects within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the frame at no charge to you. If the frame style or color is no longer available, we will transfer your lenses to a comparable frame of value and similar style. We cannot warrantee any abused frames.

Lenses

If lenses appear defective for any reason due to manufacturing defects, we will replace the lens at no charge for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Scratches and damage incurred by normal wear are fully covered. We cannot warranty any abused lenses.

Warranty is for the same lens type, material, and prescription.

Anti-Reflective & Mirror Coating

Anti-Reflective and Mirror coatings are warranteed for 1 year from the original date of purchase against peeling or crazing. For warrantee claims, lenses will be returned to appropriate coating laboratory for recoats under warranty at no charge to you.

Nonadaption to lens designs or lenses materials

Rarely, at times, a patient may not be able to adapt to a different lens design or lens materials. Nonadapts will be covered for a period of 60 calender days from the dispensing date. Charges for progressive lenses or material upgrades are non-refundable in the event of a lens design change to single vision or lined bifocal, or material changes.

Rx Changes

It your doctor changes your prescription within 60 days from the original date of purchase, we will change the lenses at no charge to you.
